Quadra is conceived as a 130-hectare residential space where our intervention focuses on the architecture of the spaces, particularly in the access and amenities areas. Our goal is to provide the project with an identity that allows users to feel fully connected to their environment.

The design process began with intense discussions about the main idea, considering an "L"-shaped axis that connects the two entrances to the private area. At the center of this layout, three blocks of common areas converge around a monumental lake, whose size would be subject to modification.
From this analysis, we adopted "the edges" as the conceptual axis, a key element to provide coherence and a unifying language to the project. This concept defines the activities that take place at different points, establishing a clear distinction between the inner and outer edges. In this way, the boundaries are not just separators but also generators of meaning, activity, and connection.

The project is conceived as a fluid journey, where the user is invited to navigate paths that alternate between movement and pause. The pauses, carefully distributed, allow for a more direct connection with the surroundings and the full enjoyment of recreational activities. This logic seeks to articulate different views, levels of privacy, and diverse approaches to the lake, enriching the spatial experience.
When imagining a park, the first things that come to mind are the essential elements of the place: air, light, earth, and water. From this primal connection, we propose activities that require nothing more than the user’s presence: observing, walking, gazing, feeling, resting. From there, we incorporate actions that demand specific furnishings, giving functionality and shape to the space.
