Zagora is an urban project developed on an 83-hectare plot of land. The main feature of the master plan is its “organic and fractured plateau” design, characterized by free-form curved pathways and the arrangement of cluster access points organized peripherally, creating a large central void where the heart of the project is located. Each gated community incorporates parks and green spaces designed for outdoor activities, such as running, walking, exercising, playing, contemplating, socializing, reading, and much more.

The concept of the project is defined by a series of subtractions and additions at the heart of the development, resulting in a set of three archipelagos featuring recreational activities and architectural elements. The interstitial spaces are filled with water and connected through pedestrian bridges.
